Important information for Visa Seekers

With a view to create efficient information sharing system on the movement of visa applications/passports from the time of submission to delivery (conveyed to the applicants by e-mail and SMS without any additional cost), the Government of India has introduced certain new softwares at the Indian Visa Application Centre (IVAC), Tokyo, which necessitated revision in Application Acceptance/Delivery of Passports timings at the IVAC.  The visa applicants may please note the following revised timings, which are applicable from Monday, 28th September, 2015:
